Diabetic Recipe - Nachos (20 servings)

Everybody loves these, and kids can easily make them on their own.

Ingredients

4 Homemade Tortilla Chips
4 tablespoons cheddar cheese, grated 
1 tablespoon sesame seeds, unhulled 

Preparation Method

Top the chips with cheese and sesame seeds. Broil just until cheese melts, or use your toaster oven or microwave on medium for 1 -- 2 minutes, just until cheese melts.
